I think stand up desks are really cool, don’t you? The only problem is I have yet to get one and don’t know if I will.
It has to be the right product at the right time for sure. While it would prove beneficial, I get up and walk around enough anyway. I work at home, and if I really need to take a break from typing, I have two options.

I can either stand up and take a break, perhaps getting some exercise, or I can stand up and walk around, voice dictating articles.
I don’t take to voice dictating as much as I could, but I do take those breaks. Standing up and typing doesn’t sound too appealing to me, so I guess that is why I’m slacking on the novel idea of getting a stand-up desk. What about you?
Q: Do Stand Up Desks Work?
A: Research suggests it does. Some students were encouraged to try and stand for 5 minutes every 30 minutes and simple movements did immensely help.
